Shipping:

We ship all orders on Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. Our product needs to remain cold during shipment and generally requires a 2-day ship.

  • The reason we do not ship on Thursday - Saturday, is because your order will either sit in a warehouse or on a truck over the weekend. 

  • We want to ensure we provide you with the best possible quality. If you need to change, or prefer an alternate shipping option, please contact us @ admin@stillwatercoldbrew.com and we will do whatever we need to do!

What about wholesale and large orders?

Please email us at admin@stillwatercoldbrew.com with any questions you have.

We would love to talk to you more about either wholesale or large orders!

We can coordinate shipping and pricing!

Does your cold brew have any alcohol?

There is no alcohol used when making this product.

We use special flavoring to get the unique taste.

Shelf-Life

Our Cold Brew lasts about 7-8 weeks - as long as you keep it cold!

Refund & Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied, or your order was damaged during shipment, we will refund your order and repeat your order on us. 

Just take a picture of your product that was damaged and we will send a new one!
